| Abstract | This document presents the design study and reports on the implementation of a portable hosted accelerator device support in the PaRSEC Dataflow Tasking at Exascale runtime, undertaken as part of the ECP contract 17-SC-20-SC. The document discusses different technological approaches to transfer data to/from hosted accelerators, issues recommendations for technology providers, and presents the design of an OpenMP-based accelerator support in PaRSEC. |
