[in]	modifier	– describe how to enumerate
[in]	event_table	– native event table struct

Return values

PAPI_OK	The event was found and converted to a description
PAPI_ENOEVENT	The event does not exist
PAPI_ENOIMPL	The enumeration method requested in not implemented
