C programm in Magma

How to call a C program in Magma. I would like to use the C implementation of cryptographic hash function SHA-1 in Magma.

I'm not sure that you are in the right place. There are no crypto functions in MAGMA.

Perhaps you are looking for the Magma computational algebra system?
