MAGMA license

I would like to know does MAGMA 1.6.1 under modified BSD license? I found a link https://developer.nvidia.com/magma says MAGMA 1.0 is available as open software under the modified BSD license.

Yes, MAGMA is freely-available under a modified BSD license.
