No, MAGMA requires CUDA.
I don't understand what you are trying to do. Are you running on a CUDA GPU? Or you are trying to run on some other kind of GPU? Or CPU-only? If you could explain, there is probably a software library to address the need.

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I am trying to set up Magma on my laptop for cpu just for testing. My goal is to be able to work locally, as opposed to always work on a cluster.
