Problems testing dsyevd with magma-1.4.0

I'm using magma-1.4.0-beta2 and I'm having problems with dsyevd. I ran the test program and it crashed with "CUBLAS error: memory mapping error (11) in magma_dlaex3 at dlaex3.cpp:255". My machine is running Ubuntu 10.04 with CUDA 5.5 installed and has a Tesla C2050 in it. Magma was built with the stock system compiler (gcc version 4.4.3 (Ubuntu 4.4.3-4ubuntu5.1) . I would cut and paste the output from testing_dsyevd but the forum software rejects the post as spam :(

Any ideas?

First, try updating to magma-1.4.0 final, which was just released last week.

Odd that you can't post the output. If you still encounter the error and can't post it, email it directly. mgates3 at utk edu.
