• The change to the makefile in using mpe is in the link line you need to call -llmpi before -lmpi

• MPE for the tutorial is located in:

  • /home/army/london/ECKERT/nup_mpe/lib

• Next if you have csh/tcsh

  • source ~london/NUP_SOURCE
