• To run this experiment you need to edit the runmpifft script and change the line to:

  • ssrun -ideal mpifft

• This will leave 13 files in your directory

  • 6 mpifft.ideal.?????
  • spifft.pixie
  • 6 lib*.pixn32 files for ex. libmpi.so.pixn32

• To view the results type:

  • prof mpifft.ideal.?????
