• To run this experiment you need to edit the runmpifft script and change the line:

  • ssun -usertime mpifft to:
  • ssrun -fpcsamp mpifft

• Once again this will give you 6 files in your directory:

  • mpifft.fpcsamp.?????

• To look at the results use:

  • prof mpifft.fpcsamp.?????
