• This experiment is already setup in runmpifft in the v[1-3] directories

• To run the experiment use:

  • mpirun -np 5 runmpifft

• This will give you 6 files in the directory: mpifft.usertime.?????

• To look at the results use:

  • prof mpifft.usertime.?????
