Compile/link parallel source code (file.f) generated by CAPTools

To compile/link the source code with OpenMP directives on SGI Origin 2000:

• f77 -mp file.f
  (see man page for complete description of flags to f77 compiler)
• f90 -mp file.f
  (see man page for complete description of flags to f90 compiler)

To compile/link the source code with MPI library calls on SGI Origin 2000:

• capf77 -m sgi_64 -p mpi file.f
  (type in "capf77 -help" for a complete set of flags)

• capf90 -m sgi_64 -p mpi file.f
  (type in "capf90 -help" for a complete set of flags)

To compile/link the source code with MPI library calls on IBM SP2:

• capf77 -m sp2 -p mpi file.f
  (type in "capf77 -help" for a complete set of flags)

• capf90 -m sp2 -p mpi file.f
  (type in "capf90 -help" for a complete set of flags)
