Different PIN and PAPI values!

Different PIN and PAPI values!

Can anyone tell me why am I getting different values for the PIN and PAPI tools? The PIN tool is generating 5 times the value I am getting for PAPI. I would appreciate your comments. It's really urgent for me to know this!!
