PAPI support on Windows

Hi,

1. Does PAPI 4.1.1 support 32-bit Windows 7? If not, which PAPI version does?
2. Does PAPI 4.1.1 support any version of 32-bit Windows, including Vista and XP?

PAPI 3.7 was the last version of PAPI to build with Visual C++
but the latest version of Windows I tested on was 2003 / Vista.

I was able to get 4.0 building with the intel c compiler.

4.1.1 does not at present build/run on any windows platforms
(compiler issues)
But at present there are no components (the major change from
papi 3 to papi 4) targeting Windows. So does the 3.7 code base
meet your needs?
