make.inc file for MAGMA 0.3

Hello
I try to build MAGMA 0.3 for MIC but found that files make.inc.* are ommitted. Can you provide these files?

I assume you are trying to use MAGMA MIC 0.3, since that is the only current release that is 0.3. There is a make.inc.mkl file included in the release. Copy that to make.inc and modify to suit your installation.
