I would like to know if the DSYGVD function will be added to magma.

Yes, it will be added. The algorithm will be based on the LAPACK DSYGVD by replacing the routine's main components with GPU accelerated equivalents form MAGMA 1.0. We will first finalize the MAGMA 1.0 release.
