LAPACK/ScaLAPACK Development

Hello,

I am literally running out of resources where to ask for this, since nobody seems to be interested about it, nor anybody seems to actually get the issue, but I am wondering, what factors may interplay in the scalability being affected when executing the pdgbdriver.f for banded matrices, that comes in the ScaLAPACK distribution?

I have tried many different options but scalability seems to baffle me
