Multi-shift QZ with early aggressive deflation

As I see, the algorithm has been in LAPACK wish-list for a long time.

Is there any plans to release it (any help required)?

Hi Pavel, This is getting worked on right now actually. The first step is the reduction to Hessenberg-Triangular reduction form (with Level 3 BLAS). We should have this hopefully soon in LAPACK. Then we hope to have Multi-shift QZ with early aggressive deflation indeed. This is the second step. No timeline on this. But this is in the priority list. Julien.

As of now, the development branch has not been pushed in the open. We are working on it locally and privately.
As usual, we will push this in the open SVN repository as soon as it is ready enough. Hopefully very soon.
I can follow up with a post when we release it in the SVN repository.
