BLAS and LAPACK 3.6 under GNU Autotools available

I have updated my repackaging of BLAS and LAPACK under the GNU Autotools infrastructure to versions 3.6.

Tarballs for BLAS+CBLAS are available at https://bitbucket.org/marcomaggi/atblas/downloads. The main repository for repackaging development is https://github.com/marcomaggi/atblas/ with mirror at https://bitbucket.org/marcomaggi/atblas. To report problems in the repackaging, post an issue on the Github site.
