Still cant generate .lib and .dlls

I've done the steps 1-7 under

Build Instructions to create LAPACK and LAPACKE 3.5.0 dlls for Windows with MinGW

but the next steps I cannot understand them. Sum1 plz tell me how to do the next steps and plz give a detailed explanation about it. Specifically the cmd prompt part:

i'm typing

cd E/LAPACK 3.5.0 >Enter

C:/MinGW/bin/mingw32-make.exe >Enter

but i'm getting

mingw32-make.exe> No targets specified and no make file found. Stop.





But:
I did the same thing but i'm getting an error.
Sir can u plz tell me the entire part of the command prompt onwards in precise detail?

E:\lapack 3.5 is my folder in which I built the cmake destination code. What do I do after that in the command prompt?

Hey,
Can I get an output of what is inside your E:\lapack 3.5 folder (just dir or ls E:\lapack 3.5)
Did you make sure you push the generate button, and that the process finished with "Generation done".
