The links to both LAPACK win32.dll and wind32.lib are broken at http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-window ... ries_mingw (I am clicking on the links of that page so this is not a case of me typing something incorrectly). I get the message:
Not Found
The requested URL /lapack-for-windows/libraries/VisualStudio/3.5.1/Dynamic-MINGW/Win32/liblapack.dll was not found on this server.
Is this just a temporary problem with the server or have the files been moved?
