How to use function dlarft in clapack

Could anyone help me how to use function dlarft? I am confused with the parameter matrix V.
Please give me an example. Thanks a lot

This is an auxiliary routine. If you can not understand it, do not try to use it. Example of use of DLARFT are everywhere in LAPACK.
