mpd_singinit
Posted: Fri Jun 13, 2008 8:01 pmI am trying to use the ACML scaLAPACK libraries. I use the following compiler flags:
g77 -m32 -o example example1.f -L/opt/acml2.5.0/gnu32/lib -Wl,-rpath,/opt/gcc-4.2.0/lib /usr/lib/libg2c.so.0 /opt/acml2.5.0/gnu32/lib/libscalapack.a /opt/acml2.5.0/gnu32/lib/libblacsF77init.a /opt/acml2.5.0/gnu32/lib/libblacs.a -I/opt/acml2.5.0/gnu32/include /opt/acml2.5.0/gnu32/lib/libblacsCinit.a /opt/acml2.5.0/gnu32/lib/libacml.a -L/opt/mpich2-1.0.1/lib -lmpichf90 -lmpich -I/opt/mpich2-1.0.1/include
and I get the following runtime error:
mpd_singinit: execv failed: No such file or directory
I have no idea what this means, etc. Also, does the ACML scaLAPACK libraries work with gfortran. If I try compiling with gfortran instead, I get a bunch of BLACS errors.
