LAPACK/ScaLAPACK Development

Dear All,

I would like to use lapack on winXP, Visual Studio 2005 J#.
I download the CLAPACK-3.1.1-VisualStudio.zip, but I don't understand the readme.install.
Can you help me what can do?

LAPACK is in Fortran (it requires Intel Visual Fortran) and CLAPACK is in C.
You cannot use these libraries with J#, you should get Visual Studio C++.
