Finite element program validation

Hello,

I have writen a program which calculates frequencies of an object or structure during free vibration.In a general way, the object or structure is rectangular ,because I use the element of hexahedron.Now I have calculated the frequency of cantalevered beam,the error is between 1% to 2% compared to the theoretical value.

I want to ask that are there other methods to validate the program?
