Lapack++ in a Windows Form Application

I'am using visual studio 2005 to develop my project. I tried to use lapack++ in an empty clr projet and it works fine. I want to use it in a windows Form Application but it doesn't work anymore! The external links can't be done. I notice that I configure the project as I did for the project in clr that works, i.e I added the folder with the .lib, the folder for the include and also the lapackpp.lib.
Can you help me? Is Lapack++ unusable with application windows forms?
