Check the clapack website at http://www.netlib.org/clapack
You will find the CLAPACK-3.1.1-VisualStudio.zip archive.
It is the CLAPACK 3.1.1 build under MS Visual Studio

Yeah, I found that, but it's VS82005 and I'm still running 2003.NET, which complains that it can't open those "later" projects, and I don't have the time to upgrade right now.

DG,
Microsoft now provides MS Visual Studio for free for students.
Maybe you could try to get it.
We do not support 2003.NET and we do not plan to support it in the future.
