out-of-core library for Linux ?

Hello,
I am looking for out-of-core prototype for Linux platform. I downloaded the source code but it does not seem to have makefile for Linux platform (I only find SLmake for IRIX64, pgon, and SP2.

Wondering if someone knows where I can download a pre-built library for Linux, or how I can build library from source code for Linux ?
