What is current plan to remove LAPACK deprecated content?

Hello,

Following functions are marked as deprecated:
cgegs, cgegv, cgelsx, cgeqpf, clahrd, clatzm, ctzrqf, dgegs, dgegv, dgelsx, dgeqpf, dlahrd, dlatzm, dtzrqf, sgegs, sgegv, sgelsx, sgeqpf, slahrd, slatzm, stzrqf, zgegs, zgegv, zgelsx, zgeqpf, zlahrd, zlatzm, ztzrqf

What is current plan on removing this functionality from LAPACK and excluding it from test suites?
It seems there is no value in these functions since better equivalents present. But vendor libraries still have to support these to be compatible with the current LAPACK version and it's testing suite.
