LAPACK 3.4.2 released

Dear LAPACK users,

LAPACK 3.4.2 was released on September 25, 2012.

3.4.2 release is a bug-fix release, so no major change, no change in interface.

The LAPACK team would like to thank all the users who contributed to this release.
(And bigger thank to those who not only provided bug report but also bug patches!)
