time measuring with fortran77

Does it exist any way to measure wall and/or cpu execution time for a programcode in Fortran 77? I tried to surf the net, it seems as if there was a lot of material, but frankly speaking I don't understand anything. I'm using in this moment my usual pc, which works with windows 98, running the editor/compiler "Force2.something"
At the university I use my teacher's pc, which works with windowsXp, and the same editor/compiler.
That's why I think I can't use some material that seems to designed for an Unix system; on the other hand, there is a lot of stuff for Fortran90...
So, I'm in a little trouble.
Can anyone of you help me?
