LAPACK/ScaLAPACK Development

Hello,

I just found out that the links to the prebouild libraries are broken, e.g., http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-window ... e/BLAS.dll
Also for ancient versions like 3.1.1.
Is this only a temporary problem?
