ScaLAPACK: Eigenvalues and eigenvectors of general matrix?

I have a ScaLAPACK question: Is it possible to compute all eigenvalues and all left and right eigenvectors for a general complex matrix? With which routines? The user guide offers only eigenvalues and Schur decomposition, and only for a real matrix.
