I'm currently building the driver that will compute all the eigenvalues for a general complex matrix. When it is done, it will be listed under pcgees.f.
The current drivers that already exist are pcgehrd.f (reducing a complex matrix to Hessenberg form) and pclahqr.f (parallel Schur form computation for a complex matrix). Hopefully that helps.
I'm not sure if you'd like for the eigenvalues to be sorted the same way the LAPACK does, but right now, that isn't avaliable in ScaLAPACK.
