Does LAPACK 3.1.0 have timing programs?

Postby Benson » Fri Nov 17, 2006 2:18 am

Hi,

I just downloaded LAPACK 3.1.0 from netlib and found there are only linsrc_LINUX.a and eigsrc_LINUX.a in TIMING directory.

Does LAPACK 3.1.0 have timing programs?

We have removed the TIMING directory from LAPACK-3.1. The TIMING were not up-to-date with the current LAPACK.

So actually the TIMING directory should not be there actually, and well obviously certainly not the libraries.

The first tgz was messed up, and it has been quickly updated. The current
http://www.netlib.org/lapack/lapack-3.1.0.tgz
and
http://www.netlib.org/lapack/lapack-lite-3.1.0.tgz
are ok.

Thanks for the input,
Julien
