LAPACK/ScaLAPACK Development

In the html version of the User Guide to LAPACK in the Specifications of Routines (referred to elsewhere in the Guide as Part 2), there is only the Notes for these specifications. These Notes give information about the specifications "below", but there is nothing in this part of the Guide except these Notes. No specifications at all. Why am I not seeing these specifications, and/or where can I get them? Why do a number of sections of the Guide clearly indicate that they exist in the Guide in that Specifications section when they do not? Also, sampling the other sections indicates they are not mislocated elsewhere in the Guide. I am confused.

Documentation and specifications are actually within each routine.
