Test failure under MinGW

I'm trying to use CLAPACK under MinGW. I downloaded the archive provided at the bottom of http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/clapack/index.html and built the required libraries via CMAKE. The building went fine but all eig* tests failed. I also tried with the example C source file provided on the same page and got -0.0000 0.0000 0.0000 instead of the expected result.
I tried both in Visual C++ 2010 and everyhting succeeded.
