LAPACK/ScaLAPACK Development

When I use function cblas_dgemm ,a linked error of "error LNK2019: 无法解析的外部符号 _cblas_dgemm，该符号在函数 _main 中被引用" happened.
Can someone tell me the reason and help me solve it .
