using lapack from mkl in intel visual fortran

I want to use lapack from mkl in intel visual fortran. Formerly in compaq visual fortran, to use lapack from cxml, I can add a sentence "INCLUDE 'CXML_INCLUDE.F90' " in front of my program, then compile and build in visual studio under windows. Now is there a similar way to use lapack from mkl in intel visual fortran, since in the manual, the setup procedure is a little bit complex.

Well, you might get lucky but in general you should not expect an answer to
this sort of question -- pertaining to a proprietary compiler or development
environment -- in this forum. Consult the documentation provided by your
vendor. I note that Intel Visual Fortran offers "one year of technical support
and product updates from Intel® Premier Support, our interactive and password-
protected issue management and communication website." Try their tech
support, you paid for it.
