LAPACK/ScaLAPACK Development

Before the selection of eigenvalues in ZGGES, the scaling is undone by calling zlascl from anrm to anrmto. However, at the end of ZGGEV, the scaling is undone by calling zlascl from anrmto to anrm. Is this a bug or are the comments wrong or am I not understanding something?

The code looks fine to me. You scale and then you descale. Julien.
