Redundant DGEMV in DLABRD

In LAPACK 3.6.0 file dlabrd.f, line 273 and 277 there are two DGEMV but the second DGEMV seems to completely overwrite the effect of the first DGEMV. I tried commented out the first DGEMV and it did give the same output. Maybe we the first DGEMV should be removed?
