LAPACK/ScaLAPACK Development

Using zheevr gives segmentation fault on run time.
Error occurs in variable M passed to zheevr.
No problem with zheev.
Lapack 3.5.0.

Found the problem.
It is not a bug in zheevr itself but there was a
conflict between the main code and zheevr.
Because of this variable M was being treated as an input
to zheevr whereas it should be one of the outputs.
