p_hettrd and p_syttrd documentation

Re the ScaLAPACK routines p{c,z}hettrd.f and p{s,d}syttrd.f:

1) Comments in p{c,z}hettrd.f claim that it is called by p{c,z}hetrd.f, but it appears that it is instead called by p{c,z}hentrd.f.

2) a) Many of the comments in p{s,d}syttrd.f concern the complex case; aren't these real routines?
b) Comments in p{s,d}syttrd.f claim that it is called by "p{s,d}hettrd.f", which as far as I can tell does not exist; it appears that it is instead called by p{s,d}syntrd.f.
