LAPACK/ScaLAPACK Development

I am trying to use DSTEGR.f to find the eigenvalues and eigen vectors of a tridigonal symmetric matrix, but I found that there is bug in dlarre.f which causes a seg fault. Could you please advice me how to fix this?
