Lapack getri fails when OMP_NUM_THREADS not exported

I am using gotoblas 2 with openmp enabled. my getri() (that comes with gotoblas2) hangs when OMP_NUM_THREADS not exported before execute my application. Is this a bug? What is the connection between getri and openmp ? Many thanks in advance
