LAPACK 3.5.0 header files?

I would like to use the pre-built Windows libraries for LAPACK 3.5.0, found here:
http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/lapack/

However, where are the header files for LAPACK 3.5.0?
I can only find download links for libs and dlls. No headers.
